The 49ers sign the former undrafted free agent out of Tennessee to a two-year $10.1M deal.
This is great news for the team as they lock up a starting CB ahead of free agency. With Verrett, K. Williams, and Witherspoon still up in the air, fans can take a deep breathe knowing a starting caliber cornerback is back on the roster.
Now I would expect to OL Daniel Brunskill to be signed in a similar fashion to Moseley, Dwelley, and Harris. All RFA/ERFA who can give the team more cap flexibility with these type of short-term deal, opposed to signing the original tenders.
We are just getting started with roster moves!

That $5M AAV, which the #49ers are reportedly giving CB Emmanuel Moseley, is in the sweet spot for free agent deals this offseason with the cap going down. Low risk, decent upside for someone that could start outside or in the slot.
